Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS. Standard delivery is typically 3–8 business days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We don't currently ship internationally.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email hello@dribbl.shop and we'll investigate.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help.
